Built for athletes at every stage
Whether you're just getting started or you've been training for years and feel stuck, structured coaching helps you make consistent progress — without letting training take over your life.

Why COaching Matters
Why Personalized Coaching Matters
Training plans are easy to find. What’s harder to find is guidance that adapts to you.
Every athlete brings a different background, injury history, stress load, and set of goals. A personalized coach takes all of that into account — adjusting your plan when work gets busy, when something starts to ache, or when progress stalls.
Coaching isn’t just about workouts. It’s about course correction, accountability, and making steady improvements without letting training take over your life.
Because sustainable progress requires more than a template.
ABOUT Atlas Endurance Training
Founder, Chris Horton, a 2x Ironman and 3x Half Ironman finisher, is a passionate and experienced sports coach specializing in triathlons, endurance running, and masters swimming. He works with athletes at every stage—from those discovering the sport to seasoned competitors who feel stuck and want to move forward again.
Chris believes improvement should be purposeful, sustainable—and enjoyable. While training is challenging by nature, it should also be fun, motivating, and deeply rewarding. After all, endurance sports are the rare kind of “pain” we willingly sign up for, and progress is best made when athletes enjoy the process as much as the results.
Endurance training can consume more than time — it can strain relationships and routines. Chris believes serious training should strengthen your life, not disrupt it
